Support Vermont. Buy Local.
There is a lot of uncertainty when it comes to dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic, and a handful of states and cities have closed bars and restaurants in an attempt to slow down the spread of the virus. Not only are small business owners worried about the future of their establishments, but servers, bartenders, cooks and retail employees are also worried about how they will pay bills for the next few weeks.
We wanted to share what Vermont Downtown Districts are doing in the midst of COVID-19 reaching Vermont.
Here, you will find a list of the Downtown Districts of Vermont. On their web pages you'll be able to see what stores are temporarily closed, what stores have remained open, and most importantly, how you can help!
LoveVermont.org Will Highlight Your Business for Free
LoveVermont.org is a website where Vermont’s retail, restaurants, and personal service providers can include their business information for free for customers to find them easier and help support their favorite business. The site is run by Junapr Communications who created it as a pro bono/volunteer project with Brad Robertson, Ted Adler and the teams at Union Street Media and Scout Digital VT. The site is designed to make it easy to shop, takeout or donate to Vermont businesses who had to close their doors or significantly alter the way they did business.
This is a great opportunity for businesses to include their information for FREE advertising.
If you want to be added to lovevermont.org, fill out this spreadsheet with your business’ pertinent information and we’ll send the list to Junapr for them to post.
