Choice Maple is located in central Vermont set on the most tranquil 150 acre setting in Hartford, Vermont. This land, we call The Farm has been in our family for five generations and once was a working dairy farm. Today, The Farm has been transformed into one of the premier maple sugaring operations in Vermont. In the springtime, we harvest sap from maple trees located in Hartford, Bethel, Strafford, Barnard, South Woodstock, Vershire and Rochester, Vermont. We pride ourselves on the quality and taste you will find in our Certified Organic & Kosher Maple Syrup and Maple Sugar. Our Farm is the very sense of family - which makes our labor of sugaring so heartfelt and dearly valued.
