Happy Bird Poultry Farm produces Whole VT Dept of Ag inspected chickens (retail & wholesale), Chicken "cuts" halves, legs, breasts, etc. Smoked Chicken in three flavors ~ KW's Wicked Good BBQ Maple Black Pepper and Just Smoked Smoked Pork Ribs in the same flavors as above, Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Corned Beef, Smoked Tofu in two flavors ~ Maple Black Pepper, Just Smoked, Smoked cheese in a variety of kinds, Smoked butter, Smoked spices, Chicken Pot Pies (smoked or regular), KW's Wicked Good BBQ Sauce (pint). All of our products are smoked over wood chips (no liquid smoke here) Real Smoke, Real Flavor.
Happy Bird Poultry Farm, LLC started as two couples growing their own chicken, then one year we gave some of our homegrown free-range chicken as gifts and WOW it was popular! So we grew more and more! Then we added the smokehouse and farm market and now we offer a diverse variety of local food and non-food items for sale. We aren't a restaurant or deli but we do make some awesome foods for you take home and share with family and friends!
