Our cheeses match the flavor and quality found in imported varieties, but offer the benefits of production close to home. Small batches of cheese are handmade daily with pure whole milk, to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.
Specialties include hand-stretched fresh mozzarella & smoked mozzarella, whole milk feta & smoked feta, hand dipped ricotta, cheddar cheese curds, burrata, scamorza & smoked scamorza, and fontina.
