Savouré is a modern take on traditional pantry classics: small-batch, handmade, distinctive food and drink with flair. We craft deliciously unique sodas, seltzers, and sparkling teas from local fruits, herbs and vegetables. Our drinks can be enjoyed in bottles, cans and on tap. Founded in Montréal in 2011, Savouré was relocated to Vermont when Jess transplanted her family and her business to her childhood home in Starksboro in 2014. Savouré is currently housed at Tandem, a Main Street production kitchen, event space, and tasting room in Bristol - you can come by any time the lights are on and try the latest flavours on tap. Savouré is a team of two, Jess and her eldest child, Cyrus, ably aided by our amazing VT distributors and copackers, also small family businesses.
