Starting in late 2020, Vermont Pepper Project has made small batch craft hot sauces for sale at local farmers markets and our website. We focus on using as many locally sourced ingredients for our recipes as possible, including most exclusively Vermont grown chili peppers. In addition to our hot sauces, people love our spicy pickles, salsas and jams.
